Brominated kunafa : It is the one in which the kunafa is used in the form divided into long pieces and has a brominated character and internal filling.

Soft kunafa : It is the kunafa that has soft threads, meaning that its dough is always soft to the touch, and it consists of fine semolina, ground sugar, and water.

Coarse kunafa : The kunafa dough used is long and slightly rough in texture.

How to make crystal candy

Ingredients:

  • Flour

Preparation steps:
