1.1 Order fulfillment
The order is fulfilled the same day we receive the customer's order, and the next day it is shipped. Shipping time is 2 business days within Sweden, 4 business days for Northern European countries, and 7 to 10 business days for Southern European countries.
During events and holidays, the order may be filled the same day or two days after receiving the customer's order, and the shipping time varies depending on the pressure.
2.1 Order Cancellation Policy
To cancel your order, you can cancel it within 3 hours from the time the order was created and receive an email confirming that your order is in progress.
- An order cannot be canceled once it is complete.
- An order cannot be canceled once it has been delivered for shipping.
- An order cannot be canceled when shipping is delayed, as we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company (PostNord, DHL, or any other shipping company we deal with).
3.1 Shipping and Delivery
Shipping cost varies depending on the quantity.
- Shipping is free for orders over 899 kronor within Sweden and €149 for the rest of the EU.
- We will make every effort to ship your order the next day after receipt of the order. However, we cannot guarantee delivery dates or times.
- Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order and your shipping address, and will be displayed at checkout.
4.1 Unrecovered Packages
If your package is not received on time, you will be charged SEK 299 to cover our handling costs.
5.1 Complaints
- Transportation damage must be reported to the post office as soon as the damage is discovered.
- If there is no response from the shipping company, please contact us via the email address on the website or call the listed number during office hours.
- If there is an error or an item was shipped incorrectly, you should contact us as soon as possible via email info@senabel.com And mention the error. You will receive information on how to proceed.
We bear the cost of these returns, as it is very important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase.
6.1 Warranty and Indemnification
- We offer a "Gold Warranty" from the date of purchase against any defects in the products.
- You must report any product defects within 24 hours of receiving the product, photographing the product and sending a photo of the damaged product via an official email.
- Our compensation is limited to replacing the product, refunding the price of the product you received, or issuing a discount code for the value of the damaged product that can be used at any time.
