Price

Prices are always quoted in SEK including VAT, and the shipping price varies depending on the total weight. This is done automatically and the shipping cost is reported at checkout.

We reserve the right to make price adjustments, stock variances, technical difficulties, website changes, and even typographical errors on our website and adverts of any kind.

Shipping terms

We send orders "DHL"  Depending on the method the customer chooses to deliver their goods. Normal delivery time is about 3 days with postal agents. In high season it can take longer.

If the customer chooses to deliver their goods home by the best means of transport, the delivery time will be specified by the customer in the delivery field. When placing an order and leaving our stock, the responsibility lies with the shipping company that delivers your order within the framework chosen for the shipping option you have chosen as a customer.

We at Sanabel cannot guarantee that the order will be delivered on time and we cannot guarantee that all goods will be in stock at the point of order and we cannot provide any compensation.

The customer has the right to cancel the purchase in the event of a delay in delivery. One reason for a delay is, for example, if one of our suppliers does not fulfil its obligation to us.

In case this happens, you can always turn to customer service if you want to cancel your purchase.

If you discover damage to the parcel, you must inform the postal agent or other carrier immediately and report the damage.

Do not pick up a damaged package! If you do not detect damage until you open the parcel, and the damage is of a nature that can be traced back to dealing with the post office or transport company, you should contact them and make a claim.

If any dispute cannot be resolved with the postal agent or carrier, please contact us. If you order and do not receive your shipment within 14 days, we will charge a fee of SEK 350 for our returns with processing of the goods.

Please note that if you regret a purchase and wish to return the item, you must first collect the parcel/parcels and then return them according to the description of the right of withdrawal/complaint.

Right of withdrawal We follow distance contract law as recommended by the Swedish Consumer Authority.

In accordance with the Distance Contracts Act, you are entitled to return ordered goods that do not contain defects provided that the goods are unused and undamaged.

Notice of this shall be given as soon as possible, but no later than fourteen (14) days after receipt of the goods.

The goods must be unused and undamaged, otherwise the price can be deducted when the goods are consumed.

Please note that hygiene and food items are exceptions and the right of withdrawal does not apply to these products.

For a refund - enter your postcode, bank, personal account number or bank account number, order number, your name, contact information, number of items and the name of the product you want to return for questions.
