1.4. Shipping and delivery:

We offer shipping and delivery to all cities and countries of the European Union except Switzerland and Norway.

  • If the order is placed before 12:00 noon, the order is processed the same day we receive the customer's order.
  • After 12:00 p.m., the order is processed the next day.
  • Shipping time by country is as follows:
    1. Inside Sweden: within two business days.
    2. Scandinavian and Nordic countries: Within 3 business days.
    3. France, Portugal, Italy, Spain, Romania, Ireland, and Southern European countries: Within 7 business days.

2.4. During holidays and events
During events and holidays, the order may be processed on the same day or even two days after receiving the order, due to the high pressure on shipping companies. Shipping time takes 2 to 6 days.

3.4. Non-receipt of shipment
If the customer does not receive the order for personal reasons, our company will refund the amount to the customer after deducting the shipping cost, which varies according to size and weight. The shipment remains at the pickup point for ten days before it is returned to us.

Although we are strongly committed to delivering within the specified timelines, these timelines are only estimates. The timeline starts from the time of order confirmation. We do our best with the shipping company in Sweden to deliver your order on time.

Once your order is complete and ready to ship, a bill of lading is printed. You will immediately receive an email with all the details of the shipment, as well as a link to track it.

Recharge:
The order will be delivered to the nearest pickup point to the address registered in the order. If the order has not been received after one week from the date of arrival and the customer has not picked it up, the shipping company will return the order to the exporter, and the company will not be responsible for the costs.
